The cardio twister is a good item for working out on. Im 33, just not real ambitious, i wanted somthing i would keep up with. With all that, I decided to try the cardio twister and it really is fun! the first week i could only do @ 15 min (thats @800 steps) which i saw as pretty good for a start. A few days later I was able to get up a 30 mintute workout without much stress about it. Wow, it is such a great workout. I really feel it in my butt and calvs the most which is where I really needed it the most.
